Zero trust: Zero trust is a security model that assumes that all network traffic is potentially harmful, and therefore requires verification and authentication before being allowed to access network resources. The zero trust model is designed to provide a high level of security, even in situations where a network has already been compromised, and is based on the principle of “never trust, always verify.”
