Two Factor Authentication: Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security process that requires a user to provide two separate forms of authentication in order to access a system or resource. This can include a password or PIN, and a second form of authentication such as a fingerprint, smart card, or one-time code. 2FA adds an additional layer of security to protect against unauthorized access.
