Service Level Agreement (SLA)  : A Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a contract between a service provider and a customer that outlines the level of service the customer can expect, including metrics such as uptime, response time, and resolution time. The SLA also establishes the remedies and penalties if the service provider fails to meet the agreed-upon level of service.
